The Ideal Setting to Learn Art.

With five seats and a wall of windows offering northern light, art students find the studio is an ideal setting.

The studio is equipped with five work stations, an extensive art book library, wi-fi internet connection, and professional art tools and equipment, such as T-squares, angles, easels, etc., which are offered for student use at no cost. Computers are available for research material.

A Home that's Part of
Chester County Art History

Scarfo Art Classes are taught in the downstairs studio of one of Chester County's most historic homes. Built in 1791, the colonial home has been maintained and modernized.  The studio itself was renovated and refreshed in 2023.

Art + Nature

When the weather is right -- and the piece you're creating allows it -- you'll have the option of sketching or otherwise working in the country gardens at the Studio.  The Studio sits on 9 acres of woods & gardens and shares the space with deer, birds, squirrels and flowers.
